How To Make NICU-to-Home Transition A Bit Easier

When we finally arrived home from the NICU, there was a huge adjustment period for the three of us. Skye is our first son and we had no idea what we were doing. Even though weā€™d been in the hospital with him for two months prior, he was now all ours! Hello baby!
In hindsight I could have asked for a lot more help and made that transition much easier for all of us. And thatā€™s what this weekā€™s video is all about.
